# Mistere Advisory

> Mistere Advisory is the strategy execution consultancy founded by Kevin Ertell, author of The Strategy Trap and creator of the Six Cs system. Kevin helps leaders turn strategy into real results through keynote speaking, executive workshops, executive coaching, and software vendor sales advisory.

Kevin Ertell spent more than 30 years as a retail and e-commerce executive at Nike, Sur La Table, Borders, and Tower Records before founding Mistere Advisory. He chaired the National Retail Federation's digital council and has advised more than 100 solution providers on product-market fit.

The Six Cs system, created by Kevin Ertell, names the six conditions a team needs to turn a strategy into results: Co-Creation, Clarity, Capacity, Communication, Coordination, and Coaching. The first three set the stage before execution starts. The last three carry a strategy through execution in real time.
